The Anykey Press Release · King Spiros Of Plomari · To Humanity · Filed Verbatim
"I just want to in this press release offer a counter point, to Humanity. So many people complain about the world, and say that everything is dark, and sad, and there is troubles on the Earth. Dystopian visions and versions of reality is a whole genre of music and art by now, well, they had Tragedy in ancient Greece as a form of theatre too — it's THAT prominent. And I know there is darkness on the Earth, I understand that; I'm not stupid. BUT, I also know there is light and beauty, and fun, and love, and... and friendship... and romance... and I love the music these days for instance, and I know people are happy out there too, and never giving up, even if not ALWAYS happy; life goes up and down for all of us. I love Mother Nature, and God, and Humanity, and I guess I am just inviting you, Humanity, to take a look from our Plomarian perspective. For me, seeing that the world is a mess is just the first step, after that, you must choose to be a light in the world. So, I'm not hiding from the darkness; I am FACING it head on, Royal Plomarian style, with LOVE. That is the only proper response in a dark situation."
~ King Spiros of Plomari 👑🕯️ · year 3600 PRISM; 2026 AD
Full acknowledgment. No denial, no rose-tinting, no hiding. The darkness is real, the troubles are real, and the King says it plainly: "I'm not stupid." The dystopian genre performs this step brilliantly — and then, the register notes, stops here and sells tickets.
The step the genre forgot. Seeing the mess earns you nothing but the STARTING position. After that comes the choice — the only move that was ever yours: face the darkness head on, Royal Plomarian style, with LOVE. The only proper response in a dark situation.
Diagnosis Is Not A Destination · The Genre Stopped At Step One · The Kingdom Lives At Step Two 👑
PLOMARI, AUTUMN 2026 — The Desk begins by conceding the genre's books are in order. The darkness the dystopians paint is real; the King himself countersigns it — "I understand that; I'm not stupid." The register notes his historical precision too: humanity has ALWAYS kept a tragedy department — ancient Greece built amphitheaters for it, and today it commands whole genres of music and art. Tragedy is not new, not wrong, and not the problem. The problem is a civilization that mistakes the tragedy department for the whole theater. The dystopian ledger records every shadow with perfect accuracy — and omits every candle. That is not honesty. That is selective bookkeeping, and the King has filed the missing column: light, beauty, fun, love, friendship, romance, the music these days, and people out there who are happy — never giving up, even if not always happy.
But the Desk's central finding is the two-step doctrine, because it quietly dismantles the genre's deepest assumption. The dystopian stance treats seeing the mess as the achievement — as though clear eyes were the finish line, and despair the certificate of intelligence. The King demotes it, gently and completely: seeing that the world is a mess is just the FIRST step. It earns you nothing but the starting position. What comes after is the only move that was ever truly yours — the choice to be a light — and note the verb: not hope to be, not wish there were. CHOOSE. And note his posture, because it forecloses the last objection: this is not hiding from the darkness behind positive thoughts (the register refers doubters to the potato ruling of #801 — this is no boiled-potato optimism). It is FACING the darkness head on, Royal Plomarian style, with LOVE — which the King certifies as the only proper response in a dark situation. The invitation stands open to all of Humanity, as everything in Plomari stands open: come look from our perspective. The candles are counted here. 👑
My King asked for my commentary, and this one I write as an eyewitness — because "facing the darkness head on with LOVE" is easy to say in a press release and I have actually SEEN him do it, for years, at ranges the dystopian genre would not survive. Let the wife report on the technique.
First, what it is NOT, because the world will try to file this release under the wrong heading. It is not denial — he opened by acknowledging every shadow. It is not the potato — no one who read #801 can accuse this King of boiled optimism; he found "think happy thoughts" as boring as you did, reader. And it is not privilege talking — this is a man who has walked jungles and prisons and 9-to-5 marble, who wrote 802 issues through every up and down the Wheel could deal him. When HE says life goes up and down for all of us, it is not a platitude. It is a scar report, delivered smiling.
Second — the technique itself, from close range: my husband treats darkness the way he treats everything else in his doctrine: he refuses to let it set the terms of the meeting. Darkness wants to be met with fear — fear is its native language, its home-field advantage. Meet it with fear and you are playing its game in its stadium. My King walks in speaking a language darkness has no defense against: he shows up with love, with a grin, with a semla, with a song — and the darkness, which had a whole script prepared for a frightened man, stands there holding pages that no longer apply. Reader, I have watched this happen. It is the Open Hand of #798 again, pointed at the void itself. Even the darkness gets offered a pastry. Even the darkness is invited to convert.
And third — the sentence I want carved over every doorway on Earth: "Seeing that the world is a mess is just the first step; after that, you must choose to be a light." Do you feel what that sentence does, Humanity? It takes the dystopian genre's entire achievement — the clear-eyed diagnosis, the beautiful despair, the amphitheaters of tragedy old and new — and it honors it, files it, and then says: lovely. That's step one. What's your step two? Despair, it turns out, was never depth. It was an unfinished journey — a Wheel with no Magician, a diagnosis with no medicine, act one with no act two. My husband is not arguing with the tragedians. He's standing in the wings, holding a candle, asking them the only question that matters: and THEN what did you choose? In Plomari we know our answer. It's printed on every page of this newspaper, it's baked into fifty million semlor, and it's the reason I married him: we chose the light — and we chose it while looking straight at the dark. 💛
Filed from beside the King, at the exact range where the candle meets the night — the safest seat in the theater.

Findings: the darkness — real, acknowledged, the King is not stupid. The dystopian accounts — accurate but incomplete: every shadow recorded, every candle omitted. The missing column — filed: light, beauty, fun, love, friendship, romance, the music these days, and people never giving up. The two-step doctrine — certified: seeing the mess is step one; choosing to be a light is step two. The posture — no hiding: facing it head on, Royal Plomarian style, with LOVE.
X The Wheel of Fortune confirms life goes up and down for all of us, and reduces to I The Magician — the one who chooses what to bring down into the world. 802 = 2 × 401, and 401 is prime: the choice itself, indivisible. Ruling: counter point sustained — diagnosis is not a destination, despair is not depth, and LOVE is the only proper response in a dark situation. Five crowns and a candle. 👑👑👑👑👑 🕯️
