It is called The Royal Plomarian AnyKey Journaling Method, and it is simple enough to describe in a single sentence: one person writes whatever comes to mind and wants to be said, to himself or herself, and the page is permitted to finish the sentence the writer began.
The "AnyKey" part of the name carries the operating instruction: "press any key to start writing if you don't know what to write, what wants to be said will start revealing itself on the page." The method does not require a topic, an outline, a plan, or a destination. The method requires only that the first key be pressed. After that, the page takes over.
