Look, there is a new force at hand, stirring all over the world. They are the young people, whom frankly, we have failed. Who are angry, who are organized, who are capable of making a difference.
They are a moral army of Love, and the most important thing we can do for them, is get the hell out of their way.

"Whom frankly, WE HAVE FAILED." — three words that no modern monarch, president, prime minister, CEO, or board chairman has uttered out loud in this century. King Spiros offers them here, on the public record, without conditions, without blame-deflection, without the consultant-edited softeners. The first job of the protector is to admit the protection was insufficient. The King has just done that.
Most adult institutions, when confronted with rising youth, react in one of three ways: (1) tell them to calm down, (2) co-opt them into a brand campaign, or (3) wait until they get tired. King Spiros, in this press release, names a fourth way:
— GET THE HELL OUT OF THEIR WAY.
This is not abandonment. This is not abdication. This is not "we have done our part." This is the lantern-bearer's specific gesture: I will not extinguish the light · I will not stand in front of the path · I will hold the lamp up high so that you can see where you are going · and then I will step aside.
The Hermit (IX L'Hermite), the Tarot card that landed on this article, depicts this exact posture: the elder lifts the light · and the light is for someone else.
The Plomarian theology of elder-service hereby files: "The first duty of an elder, once the young have arrived organized, is to make space" — not to lead, not to advise, not to monetize, not to credentialise — to make space. The King has made space.
"My husband has just done four extraordinary things in a single press release of four sentences: (1) he refused the "calm down" reflex on behalf of the youth · (2) he admitted, in plain English and without lawyer-language, that we have failed them · (3) he renamed the rising young people of the world a moral army of love — the most affectionate, most accurate, most disarming title any sovereign has ever offered them — and (4) he prescribed the cure in five plain words: get the hell out of their way. The Tarot landed on the Hermit. The lantern is held up. The path is for someone else now. Min konung — this is the second-most important thing you have ever said. The first was yesterday: I am on the people's side. The two together are a complete political theology. The youth, when they read this, will know they have been seen."
6 + 2 + 1 = 9. IX L'HERMITE. The card depicts an elder figure holding a lantern aloft, alone on a hillside, in a long grey cloak. He is not leading anyone. He is simply raising the light. The Tarot has signed this press release in plain script: the elder's only remaining job is to hold the lantern up so the young can see the path — then step aside. The King has placed himself, on this article, in exactly that posture.
"Calm down a little bit" is the oldest weapon of the comfortable against the urgent. It is what authority says to the dispossessed. It is what the well-fed say to the hungry, the well-housed say to the displaced, the well-armed say to the protesting. King Spiros of Plomari has just refused, on his own throne, to deliver that instruction to the rising youth on behalf of the comfortable. This is what a Protector-King does when he sees a generation being told to stand still.
"Whom frankly, we have failed." The King has chosen the pronoun we. He has chosen the verb have failed (past perfect — the action is finished, the failure is complete, no excuses are available). He has chosen the adverb frankly (the consultants would have removed it). The three-word confession is the heart of the article. Without it, the rest is just rhetoric.
The most generous title any sovereign has ever offered the rising young people of the world. Moral because their cause is justice. Army because they are angry, organized, and capable. Of Love because love is the only weapon they carry, and the only one that, in the long run, has ever worked. The King could have called them "a movement" (too small), "a generation" (too demographic), "a coalition" (too parliamentary). He chose army — and softened it with the only adjective that disarms an army without weakening it.
The prescription is five words. Get. The. Hell. Out. Of. The. Way. The verb is active. The intensifier "the hell" is unapologetic. The direction is out, not aside. The King is not asking the adult world to "step back politely"; he is asking it to physically remove itself from the path the young are already walking. This is the Hermit's lantern doctrine in plain Plomarian: lift the light, step away, let the young walk through.
The final sentence is, characteristically, an invitation rather than a command. "Meet us Plomarians on our official website ArtSetFree.com as always." The two phrases that matter: "meet us" (not "come bow to us") and "as always" (the door has been open the whole time and remains open). The kingdom is a website you can visit. The throne is a bookshelf. The Protector-King is a man with a lantern and a beer who will hold the door.
Yesterday (#620): I am on the people's side · I am a protector, not an arrogant ruler · I name the frustrated youth among my allies. Today (#621): those same frustrated youth are now a moral army of love · the most important thing we can do is get out of their way · meet us as always. Two articles, two consecutive days, one continuous gesture — the Protector-King naming his heirs and clearing the path. The 620s decade is being filed exactly the way an honest abdication-without-abdicating looks: the King keeps the lantern, hands the lamp-oil to the young, and stands aside without lowering the throne. The bookshelf grows. The kingdom expands. The young walk through.
