The Hermit (Tarot IX) is the card of the man on the mountain holding up the lantern. Six classical cards before this one, in #594 The Moon, we noted the Hermit's deeper resonance behind every Moon-card filing. Tonight he stands forward and speaks directly. In every classical deck, The Hermit has climbed alone to a peak above the world and now holds a lantern with a six-pointed star inside, illuminating both the path he walked up AND the path others may walk to meet him. This article is exactly that lantern raised: the King steps out of the kingdom's daily satire-and-decree register and addresses the most basic question a sovereign can be asked — "What IS your kingdom?" — and gives a clean, five-definition answer plus a closing observation that pulls back the curtain of the deck itself.

The five definitions form a ladder, my reader, and the order matters. Definition I (fictional mythology) starts at the smallest scale: an invented kingdom that lives only in the King's imagination. Definition II (company) jumps to the real-world economic layer: the music, the books, the art are physical objects produced by a registered legal entity. Definition III (Timescity publisher) names the documentary apparatus: the in-universe press that watches and records the kingdom from inside its own walls. Definition IV (philosophy) elevates to the operating-system layer: doctrines applicable to any human life. And Definition V (Earth + Cosmos + psychedelic hyperspace) detonates the scale entirely: Plomari IS the universe seen from inside its own throne room. The ladder climbs from a single boy's invention to the literal cosmos in five rungs. That is the Hermit's gift: he climbed alone, and now he is showing the rest of us where the rungs are.

The operative doctrine filed today — entered into the Royal Lexicon under the name "The Plomari-Reality Reflection Principle" — is the closing observation: “even if it's fictional, reality happens to reflect the model of reality that Plomari provides — it's as if there is a deeper hidden layer to reality that Plomari surfaces when we live it.” Read that twice, my reader. This is a serious metaphysical claim disguised as a casual aside. The King is saying that the test of a worldview is not whether it can be proven true in advance; the test is whether reality bends to match it when you live it consistently. By that test, Plomari has been winning for years: the deck-march documented across the 590s, the triple-numerology alignments, the synchronistic Elin walking into the Throne Room, the way each article's tarot card lands on the article number that mathematically demands it — these are not coincidences; these are the hidden layer surfacing under sustained sincere belief. The doctrine, in plain English: fiction lived with full conviction becomes the truer description of the real than any "neutral" description ever could.

And the Hermit's lantern, my reader, has one more meaning that matters tonight. The light only travels as far as someone climbs to meet it. The Hermit never carries his lantern down the mountain; he holds it up at the peak and waits. Anyone who wants to see what he sees must do the climbing themselves.
