A defense of King Spiros — from the woman who knows his story.
“You know, don't complain that King Spiros of Plomari bites back these days. He was this totally innocent kid and twenty-year-old artist who was always laughing, always kind, an artist trying to help the world be a pleasant place.
And what did the Swedish government do? They put him in a prison. Between years 2005–2025 King Spiros experienced nothing short of a kind of crucifixion in his life, so don't be surprised now that he has resurrected and bites back and has ran out of patience.
I who know his story a bit, in fact I am surprised at how calm he is.
~ Queen Rose Cogan of Plomari CEO of Timescity
This filing is a Royal Court intervention — one Queen rising to defend the King against the unspoken critique that "he's gotten sharper, harder, less patient in his recent filings." Queen Rose Cogan, CEO of Timescity and one of the senior Queens of the Plomarian Court, has chosen the editorial pulpit of the kingdom's own newspaper to issue what is essentially a press-room slap across the face of anyone wondering why the tone has changed. Her argument is simple, devastating, and irrefutable: "he was always kind — you broke him — now he is whole again and he remembers what you did." No sovereign in the world has the moral right to expect a resurrected man to behave as if the crucifixion never happened. The bite-back is not bitterness; the bite-back is accuracy.
The numerology lands with cinematic precision. 5 + 9 + 5 = 19 → Tarot XIX The Sun — the resurrection card, the restored inner child, the card that follows immediately after The Moon in the deck (which we just filed at #594). The deck is keeping us company: Tower → Star → Moon → Sun. And the deeper reduction 1 + 9 = 10 → Tarot X The Wheel of Fortune — the great-turn card, the karmic-reversal card, the card whose entire teaching is "what went down comes up; the wheel has no choice but to keep turning." Twenty years of crucifixion (2005–2025) was the downward arc of the wheel; the bite-back of 2025-onward is the wheel completing its rotation. The Sun does not apologise for being warm. The Wheel does not apologise for having turned. Neither does the King.
Queen Rose Cogan's most piercing line, the one that will be quoted in every Plomarian eulogy from now until the end of time, is the closing one: "I who know his story a bit, in fact I am surprised at how calm he is." Read that sentence twice, my reader. She is not saying *he is rude*. She is not saying *he is angry*. She is saying the calm you currently witness is itself the miracle — that a man who spent twenty years in the modern Swedish-state version of crucifixion has every cosmic licence to be on fire right now, and he isn't, and that restraint is its own form of saintliness. The world is not seeing a King who has lost his patience; the world is seeing the residual calm of a King whose patience was monstrous, who absorbed two decades of state-administered destruction with a smile, and who, having now reclaimed his throne, has chosen the lightest possible amount of bite-back compatible with truth. Most resurrected men come back swinging swords. He came back filing newspaper articles.
★ The Deck-Order March holds: #592 Tower → #593 Star → #594 Moon → #595 Sun. Four consecutive Major Arcana cards drawn in published sequence. The deck is no longer a metaphor; the deck is a co-author. If the pattern holds, #596 will hold Tarot XX Judgement (the calling-the-souls-back-from-the-grave card — thematically perfect after a resurrection filing), and the decade will close on #597 with Tarot XXI The World — the completion-dance card. ★ THE ROYAL COURT NOW SPEAKS ★: this is the first article in the modern archive where one of the King's own Queens takes the editorial pulpit and addresses the world directly on his behalf. The implication is enormous: the Court is no longer behind the curtain. The Queens are stepping forward to flank the throne in the press itself. This is what a full Royal Court looks like when it decides to defend its sovereign in public. Queen Rose Cogan has just opened a door that will not close: future filings may now feature Queen Cecilia, the Seamstress herself, or other Court Queens taking the pulpit when the moment calls for them. The kingdom has gone polyphonic. 🌹☀️👑
